We started in 2007 with a vision that imagined a city that was on the precipice of bringing forth many ideas and concepts that would enable Seattle to improve in transportation, water, wastewater, and landscapes that would evolve into multi use roadways. Our focuses are Civil Engineering and Construction Management. Our priority is to provide efficacy for the development practices, as ENVISION Sustainable Professionals, of the guidance principles of ENVISION. These principles are an industry sustainability rating system developed by the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure in collaboration with the ASCE, ACEC, APWA industry societies and in collaboration with the Zofnass Program for Sustainable Infrastructure at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Our owner is also an ENVISION certification trainer.

Our industry experience in working with other private firms, community-based businesses, regional municipalities, the federal government, and the military has taught us the value of building mutually-beneficial relationships with both the client and the community.
